Maitake Soy Sauce

Adding another layer to their perfect soy sauce this takes the umami to another level. The maitake mushrooms are a perfect addition to the profile of this soy sauce. 

Moromi Maitake Soy Sauce is brewed from hand-harvested locally grown organic mushrooms. These are blended with our organic soybean and wheat koji into a sea salt brine and then barrel fermented at our brewery for over a year. The maitake mushrooms really amp up the umami flavor resulting in a super rich and delicious soy sauce!
