Garam Masala Molasses Cookies

  • Two mixing bowls 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together your flour, oats, salt, and garam masala in one bowl. Whisk until completely mixed together. 
  3. In another bowl, mix your vanilla paste, egg, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until homogenous, then add to your dries. 
  4. Using a silicone spatula, fold your mixture together until thoroughly mixed. 
  5. Place your mixing bowl into the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes. 
  6. Once cooled, roll your mixture into ping pong ball sized balls. Roughly 15 balls total. 
  7. Place onto a sheet tray with 1" of space on all sides and then place into the oven for 14-16 minutes.
  8. Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes then enjoy!
