Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Mix together your flour, oats, salt, and garam masala in one bowl. Whisk until completely mixed together.
- In another bowl, mix your vanilla paste, egg, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until homogenous, then add to your dries.
- Using a silicone spatula, fold your mixture together until thoroughly mixed.
- Place your mixing bowl into the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, roll your mixture into ping pong ball sized balls. Roughly 15 balls total.
- Place onto a sheet tray with 1" of space on all sides and then place into the oven for 14-16 minutes.
- Cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes then enjoy!
