Every Day Granola

Ingredients

  • Sheet Tray
  • Parchment Paper (or silicone baking mat)
  • Large Mixing Bowl

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In your large mixing bowl, add your oats & nuts.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix your butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste together.
  4. Add your butter mixture to your oat mixture, then mix with a spatula until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
  5. Empty the bowl onto a lined sheet tray, then distribute in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every five minutes to ensure even toasting.
  7. Cool at room temperature for an hour.
  8. Store in a container at room temperature. Serve with yogurt & jam, in trail mix, or even as its own snack!
