- Large Mixing Bowl
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In your large mixing bowl, add your oats & nuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix your butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste together.
- Add your butter mixture to your oat mixture, then mix with a spatula until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
- Empty the bowl onto a lined sheet tray, then distribute in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every five minutes to ensure even toasting.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour.
- Store in a container at room temperature. Serve with yogurt & jam, in trail mix, or even as its own snack!
